Shipping & returns

Production

Everything is printed on demand — no warehouse of stale inventory, no landfill runs. Your order enters production when you place it and typically prints within 2–5 business days. Drops and holidays can stretch that; we'll say so on the announcement bar when it's happening.

Shipping

Orders ship with tracking the moment they leave production. Domestic delivery usually runs 3–8 business days after the ship date. International varies by destination and customs mood. If tracking hasn't moved in a week, email us and we'll rattle cages.

Returns & exchanges

Wrong size? We'll exchange unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery — email us with your order number and the size you actually needed. Check the size guide first though: relaxed fit, true to size, size up for boxy.

Because every piece is made to order, we can't take returns for a simple change of heart. You ordered a shirt with a machine pistol on a beer can; some level of commitment was implied.

Damaged or misprinted

If your order shows up wrong, damaged, or printed like the machine had a stroke, take photos and email us within 14 days. We'll replace it free, no return shipping, no interrogation. The photos let us fix it with the print partner.
